Your support not only emboldens the many runners and walkers going the extra-mile for mental health but will go directly towards accessible addiction and mental health treatment around the clock, every day of the year through the Royal Alexandra Hospital’s Access 24/7 team.

There will be prizes for total distance, fastest 5k/10k, amount fundraised, as well as numerous door prizes!

To start off the run week, an online mental health expo is being hosted on October 17 from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. MST through AirMeet. This interactive expo will introduce why we're running and will also bring together prominent mental health organizations doing important work in the Edmonton area! Once registered, keep an eye out for Strava and AirMeet links in your inbox
