Speaking of Health - Breaking the Cycle of Anxiety

Anxiety is one of the most common mental health complaints in children and teens today. Join Dr. Alice Leung and Priscilla Asamoah as they discuss how to distinguish between normal anxiety and anxiety that is no longer helpful or productive. Learn strategies to assist youth with managing their anxiety and improving their mental health.

This event is free but registration is required.

Speaking of Health is a free public lecture series presented by the Royal Alexandra Hospital Foundation. This event takes place in the Robbins Learning Centre located in the basement of the Robbins Pavilion at 10245 111 Avenue.

Seating is limited and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. If a lecture you wish to attend is full at the time we receive your registration, you will be notified. Otherwise, please consider your registration confirmed.

Free public parking is available, but space is limited, and parking will be a challenge. Please use the lot in front of the Community Services Centre on the north side of the Royal Alexandra Hospital campus at 111 Ave and 104 Street. Speaking of Health attendees do not have to pay for parking at the Royal Alex between 6-9PM on the nights of the lectures.
