Thanks to generous community support, the Royal Alexandra Hospital Foundation's $4 million campaign for the Eye Institute of Alberta has reached its goal.
“The Eye Institute of Alberta is northern Alberta’s hub for all things ophthalmology related. Strengthen that hub, and you strengthen care all over the province.”
Since 1996, the Eye Institute of Alberta at the Royal Alexandra Hospital has been delivering expert and compassionate eye care to patients from Edmonton, northern Alberta, and beyond. Originally designed to treat 12,000 patients a year, the busy clinic now sees more than 45,000 patients annually. To ensure the very best patient experience, the physical space needs improvement.
Thanks to donor support renovations to the physical space are now underway.
