The confidentiality of all personal information received by the Foundation including your donor records shall be given the highest of consideration. No bibliographic, giving, address or other information shall be released by the Foundation without your express consent.
In the instances of commemorative gifts, the Foundation will release information to the next-of-kin or the honoree that a gift has been received, but no mention of gift amount shall be made. Additionally, if anonymity is requested, no bibliographical information shall be released
If requested by the donor, the Foundation shall make available to donors a copy of their own giving records, or, in the case of a deceased donor, this copy shall be made available to the executor of the estate.
