Celebrate Someone Special! Your gift to the Royal Alexandra Hospital Foundation may be a Tribute Donation to honour a friend, family member or health care provider. It may be to celebrate a birth or birthday, anniversary, wedding, graduation or other special occasion, or to honour the memory of a loved one.  

Please  provide the information requested and then click the "Send Donation" button at the bottom of the form. After a short processing delay, you will receive a confirmation of your donation as well as an e-mail message with details. The Royal Alexandra Hospital Foundation will send you an official Charitable Donations Tax Receipt via Canada Post. Thank you for your support.
